My Creative Inspiration

Working at a video production agency, I am given the opportunity to work beside the most creative group of people that I have ever met. The environment that has been cultivated at PEG breeds creativity. And that affects every aspect of our agency life, even for me on the business side.

Even though I would have considered myself a creative person before I started working at Pritt Entertainment Group, I compartmentalized that part of my personality to only come out when playing Pictionary or Charades. Our video production team here has inspired me to let my creativity flow into every aspect of my life, especially in my day to day at PEG. As the business development specialist, I am here to help the client envision the different ways that we can tell their story or bring their vision to life.

Before I started, I never would have imagined sitting in on these initial meetings and being able to contribute thought starters and ideas for concepts. But it has become one of my favorite parts of my job! And it is even more fun when I realize that during those initial brainstorming sessions, nothing is ever off limits because of the talent and expertise of our team. They inspire me to push the boundaries of our client’s expectations, allowing us to create content that stands out from an ever-growing crowd of competition.

Creativity is a muscle that needs to be exercised every now and again, because if you don’t use it, you lose it. I am fortunate to work in a video production agency that allows me to foster and grow my creative potential. And obviously this is key to making my Pictionary skills even stronger.
